Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located and family-friendly gem. This downtown home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and is conveniently located steps from USNA Gate 1 and City Dock in Downtown making it the perfect location to enjoy all that Annapolis has to offer, within walking distance. And it is only a 5 minute drive from the Naval Academy Stadium, making it a convenient location for families to attend home games and other events.

Inside, the comfortable family room has a velvet sofa, two swivel deep-seated chairs, a fireplace, and a large TV. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with new appliances and all the necessary amenities for entertaining! The sweet breakfast nook seats up to four people comfortably. This beautiful kitchen opens to a separate dining room that hosts up to eight guests. A gorgeous wet bar with tin ceilings and everything you need to prepare delicious cocktails and mocktails sits perfectly off the well-appointed dining room.
Escape outdoors to the private, gated patio under the USNA Chapel Dome. There is comfortable conversational seating for four and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues.
Upstairs on the 2nd floor you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed and elegant en-suite bathroom with large shower and separate jacuzzi bathtub. Another bedroom with a queen bed is on this floor as well as a full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.
On the 3rd floor you'll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a futon bed, perfect for children.
